Absolutely. You can upload your logo, artwork, or design file when placing your order. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, and PSD formats. For best results, we recommend vector files (AI or EPS) or high-resolution raster files at 300 DPI or higher.

No design, no problem. Our experienced in-house design team will work with you to create the perfect artwork. You can share a rough sketch, a description of your idea, or reference images and we will develop a professional design for you at no extra charge.

For embroidered patches, we can incorporate up to 15 thread colors. PVC, sublimated, and woven patches have different color capabilities. Our team will advise you on the best options based on your specific design and chosen product type.

We send every customer a free digital proof for approval before production begins. For qualifying orders, we also provide a physical pre-production sample so you can see and feel the exact product before we manufacture the full quantity.

We produce custom patches in any size and virtually any shape — circles, rectangles, shields, custom die-cut shapes, and everything in between. Standard popular sizes range from 2 inches to 5 inches, but we can produce larger custom sizes as well.

We offer multiple backing options to suit your application needs:

  • Iron-on heat seal backing — easy application to fabric with a household iron
  • Sew-on backing — traditional attachment for permanent placement
  • Velcro backing — hook side included for removable attachment

Our team will review your request, prepare a digital proof, and send it to you within 24-48 business hours for approval. Once you approve the proof, production begins.

Yes. Our patches are designed to be wash-friendly. We recommend washing garments inside out on a gentle/delicate cycle with cold water. Avoid high-heat dryer settings. Iron-on patches should be allowed to cure for 24 hours after application before the first wash.
